Self-Evaluation of Student Work
For each project, students will be expected to write a self-evaluation of their work. In your self-evaluation, please consider the following questions:
What do you think was successful and what might have been less than successful about your work for a given assignment? Did your work fulfill the assignment? If the assignment asked for multiple prints, were some more successful than others? What do you like best about the work that you turned in?
How do you feel about the assignment itself? Did it challenge you? How? Was anything unclear or particularly difficult for you?
What did you learn from the class discussion? In light of the discussion, is there anything that you would now do differently? Do you have any plans to do more work on this project or do you consider it complete?
Since part of this evaluation involves reflection on class discussion, these self-evaluations are due the class after the assignment is due. I will look at your work to form my own impression before I read your response. However, my evaluation to you will be based both on the work itself and your self-evaluation.
